OpenPhone for Teams

The story

OpenPhone is a business phone system built for teams. Most business phone systems are clunky, so OpenPhone needed people to understand, quickly, that calls, texts and contacts could all live in one simple app on every device.

I got straight to the point with no fluff and showed a real team using the product, not a list of features. I wrote, produced and edited it, and I’m the one on camera.

It ran on OpenPhone’s Book a Demo landing page, where its job was driving leads. It also became one of OpenPhone’s core product overviews and part of the launch and education library that lifted feature adoption by 25%.
